Payment Policy

It is our policy that payment is due at the time service is rendered.  Payments may be made by cash, check, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover).  We also offer different payment plans and accept Care Credit.

Fees

The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the specific tooth involved, as well as the type and extent of the treatment necessary. During your first visit, we will discuss the options available to you for your specific dental needs.  Endodontic fees will vary accordingly, so please feel free to contact our office for further information.

Insurance

Our office is not affiliated with any dental insurance companies.  However, if you have dental insurance, we utilize an electronic claim service that allows us to submit the dental claim on your behalf.  This service will provide you with reimbursement of benefits at a much faster rate.
